Not long ago a great human passed away and left a beautiful legacy of research for the world to draw from, for what I'm sure will be generations to come. Here's a little some-something I'm putting together to continue that education. Fun, informative and my way of saying "Thanks Sasha, you did good".
It's been some time coming, the digital revolution. We can not fight it anymore, our bodies are weak, poorly postured. Hunch and scroll, Hunch and scroll.
Seems as though life goes round in circles. Revisiting an old collection of mini french fold zines that I would have been working on about a year ago. Here's a little taster, hopefully I'll have the collection (roughly Ten in the pack) ready to put in your hot little hands in the near future. Stay tuned.
4 Track EP myself and DaVinci (Leo Burton) put together in a short stint last year. I think from initial conception to CD was all of about 4 or 5 months.
This is the first BallPointBlack book, of which I hope many will follow. A5, 32 Pages, Full colour, Saddle stitched. This little guy is full of about as much cynicism and the weird as I could possibly cram in, all for a measly $20 or a crisp lobster. Currently only available by shooting me an email, but soon to be elsewhere.
For those of you who don't know, I draw and self publish a Zine by the name of "Ball Point Black" or just simply "BPB". I am yet to add the past issues to the blog, however they will come with time. Up until the very last issue, it has always been B+W photocopied and cheap, however the last issue was full colour, and hand bound with a faux leather cover. I'll get some photos up soon.
